Emerging leaders

Our new Emerging Leaders Program is providing the next generation of sustainability leaders with the tools, training and practical experience needed to be effective sustainability leaders and change agents in their communities and organizations.

We recognize that young people are a crucial lever for change.  They have the passion and competence required to make change happen while having the open minds to boldly re-imagine a new future.  What they frequently lack is the experience and tangible tools to transition from sustainability education and activism to meaningful and relevant careers.  For these reasons, The Natural Step is working with young people in the Netherlands to ensure that our next generation of leaders has every opportunity, experience and tool required to make this transition as smooth as possible.
